中国 Chine - Xi'an 西安

Mars 2007. J'ai fait halte à Xi'an. Je voulais voir l'armée enterrée de soldats en terre cuite. Je n'ai pas été déçu. Impressionnant même si je trouvais que cela n'était pas assez mis en valeur. Après cette découverte, je me suis promené dans les vieux quartiers de la ville et dans le quartier Hui (musulman) où j'ai visité la grande mosquée. Un peu déconcertant de voir une mosquée de style chinois. Le matin du second jour, je suis allé me promener dans un grand parc avec une très belle pagode avant de reprendre la route.

March 2007. I made a stop in Xi'an. I wanted to see the Terracotta Army. I have not been disappointed. Very impressive but not sufficiently highlighted. In the afternoon i was wandering in the old city and especially in the Hui (muslim) Quarter and i visited the Grand Mosque. It was a bit disconcerting to see chinese style mosque. The morning after i was wandering in a big park. There i saw a very nice pagoda. Before taking the road again...
